Dishonest sold my booking to someone else

They sold my room to someone else. I arrived late to Bari and had to place to sleep. Do not book this hotel you might end up on the street after a long trip.

The listing doesn’t make it clear but this is a private room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom facility. It wasn’t a problem for me but it was a surprise, especially at this price. You also aren’t told that check-in is in a separate building (in this case down the street). My room only had a small window opening onto the stairwell by the front door so it wasn’t always quiet. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator featuring a sign saying don’t panic, elevator is slow. Check in staff were helpful. The electronic process to open the doors was through an email link so you need data access.

Bari é especial!

O local é muito bom de se hospedar , perto da estação do trem e comércio em geral. Dá para se locomover tudo a pé, restaurantes de todos os tipos, parte histórica bem fácil de acessar e 30 minutos caminhando até a praia de Pane e Pomodoro sempre observando a beleza da cidade. Bari é uma cidade linda e sua cultura vale a pena conhecer.

Il punto di forza della struttura è la posizione, eravamo in stanza singola con bagno in comune. ça camera era discreta, il resto della struttura dovrebbe avere più manutenzione. Il bagno era in condizioni discrete ma aveva lo sciacquone che caricava lentamente o quasi nulla (avverito il personale non sono venuti), il wc sospeso era in parte distaccato, la doccia aveva parti nere (muffa?) nelle guarnizioni.

Tout d'abord, j'ai réservé une chambre, mais quelle surprise à l'arrivée, au lieu de la chambre j'ai eu un lit dans un dortoir mixte !!! Ensuite, pour récupérer les clés à la réception il faut marcher 15 mins à pied après le voyage !! Après, je découvre que l'ascenseur est hyper lent, jamais vu ça dans ma vie et les escaliers sont énormes... La porte d'une salle de bain ne se ferme pas ! Les casiers ne se ferment pas non plus et sentent la moisissure. Enfin, c'est un escape game (. Un seul atout c'est son emplacement au centre ville.
