We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Barèges, this charming flat of a surface of 62 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 34 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant and calm environment with hiking trails, notably the Plateau Lumière and the Plateau du Lienz. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
WINTER : alpine skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling...
Les Thermes de Barèges with SPA...
SUMMER : Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding...

Super week end entre copines, l'appartement est parfait et spatieux, très bien situé pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes et la proximité du centre de Barèges. Très bien équipé aussi, et la communication avec la conciergerie et les propriétaires était complète ! Rien à dire à part merci .

Hay parking propio . 🙁 Tuvimos algunos problemas para llegar porque Google maps nos llevaba por una calle en dirección prohibida. En la descripción del apartamento indican que hablan español pero la persona que nos atendió en el momento de entregarnos las llaves no sabía. Es verdad que al final te endiendes y no supuso un mayor problema pero me hubiera gustado poder comunicarme mejor, teniendo en cuenta además, que ésta fue una de las razones por la que nos decidimos por este apartamento."

L'Isard "Appartement hyper propre, très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Barèges. L'hiver il n'y pas de soleil direct mais grâce aux grandes baies vitrées, il est très lumineux. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour répondre à toute question. Il n'est pas au centre même, mais accessible à pied, même en chaussures de skis pour prendre le skibus devant l'office de tourisme. Equipement de la cuisine suffisant. Lits très confortables. Le matelas sur le canapé est assez fin, mais il reste confortable pour plusieurs nuits. Attention à la taille des draps que vous emportez - il n'y a que des grandes couettes (et pas de couvertures supplémentaires) . Local à skis dispo, c'est appréciable."
