Barcelonnette, Route de Pra Loup, Les Manettes condominium, studio apartment, approximately 26 m², located on the 1st floor, south-facing with a balcony.
It comprises an entrance alcove with two single beds (bunk beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchenette, and a living room with a double sofa bed.
NO SKI STORAGE
The Ubaye Valley offers numerous winter activities: skiing at the resorts of Le Sauze, Sainte-Anne, and Pra Loup; cross-country skiing in St. Paul and Larche; dog sledding; countless snowshoeing trails; and more.

And in summer: hiking, rafting, road cycling (including the highest road in Europe, La Bonnette), mountain biking, golf, paragliding, swimming, paddleboarding, and other water sports on the magnificent Lake Serre-Ponçon!

Not to mention cultural and culinary experiences, and plenty of opportunities for relaxation!

As a reminder, bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided.

We offer single and double linen kits for rent if needed:

- Double bed kit = €25 (1 double bed linen set + 2 bath towels).
