Diseñado completamente para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. Dispone de aire acondicionado, TV, lavadora/secadora, Wifi. Está a 2 minutos de la estación de Gracia y a 5 del metro de Fontana, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. En una zona con muy buenos restaurantes y tiendas.

Muy recomendado

Ubicacion: muy bien localizado, barrio de Gracia con mucho comercio local y Metro L3 con acceso rapido a los lugares turisticos y centricos de la ciudad. Contacto: Atento y pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Comunicacion efectiva y fluida. Lugar: Apartamento diseñado con gusto, practico y limpio. Todo funcionaba correctamente y la cama era comoda. Pudimos trabajar ahi sin problemas y la conexion WiFi funcionaba muy bien.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento

Al lado del paseo de Gracia, lleno de tiendas, supermercados y establecimientos para comer, muy buen ambiente. Apartamento tranquilo y silencioso, muy limpio, acogedor y cómodo con todo lo necesario y más para alojarse. Cocina bien equipada, con todos los electrodomésticos de una casa, lavadora, secadora, horno, etc. no hace falta llevar nada. Fuimos con nuestro bebe y había batidora y de todo. Los anfitriones fueron detallistas. Fuimos andando a todos los sitios emblemáticos, agradable para pasear.buen precio.me encantaría repetir

Excellent location, quiet, nice kitchen. Perfect for 1 person or a couple (more would be quite crowded). Check in was smooth with great communication. Excellent gym (VivaGym) 5 minutes walk away. Only downside is WiFi—rarely works and when it does connect, it is short lived. Router is in other apartment so signal is poor. You can “hotspot” off a phone but if a high quality connection is needed, this won’t work for you.

Generously sized apartment. Great location and for us, walkable to all sites…particularly La Sagrada & Park Guell. Need to have instructions for use of all appliances in English! Would suggest other languages as well. Not all plugs work…the one to the left before entering the bedroom requires you to unplug a lamp in order to use it. Shower needs a redo as water pools, items are on the floor and get wet.

I had an excellent stay in this apartment, and the owner was always available to answer my questions. The neighborhood is quiet and the building secure. There's a bus stop with 4 different buses right behind the house and the metro is a 7-minute walk away, which is super convenient.

The owners were amazingly helpful! Checking in and out was a breeze. We were met right on time to provide keys and were also provided helpful information about the area, local transit, and places to eat. The place was so cute—such a great find! It was clean and comfortable for our 4-night stay. We used the kitchen for breakfast, and it was perfect for coffee and a quick bite to eat. There was a small market right across the street and great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything, with easy access to public transportation, charming cafes, local markets. The Fontana metro station is just a 7-min walk away. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the oven had just been replaced for a brand new one.Communication with the host was clear, quick and kind. We felt very well taken care of and completely safe during our stay.We would definitely recommend this place, and would be happy here again on a future visit to our beloved Barcelona.

Safe Oasis

I was very happy with everything to do with my stay. The property is close enough to the major attractions and city center that you can get there quickly but far enough away that city noise is kept to a minimum. You are in. Building with other people and will be able to hear them but for the most part, the neighbors were quiet. They provided everything I needed plus some extras and I felt safe and comfortable staying there. I recommend this listing to others.

Wonderful apartment in a good location

Though this apartment is out of the main tourist areas of El Born and the Gothic Quarter, its location is excellent. Close to a couple of metro stations, making it quick to get to any tourist bits you want to see, and near to the slightly quirkier and cosier area of Gracia. The apartment itself was well supplied (and a nice bottle of Cava in the fridge). The only issue was that the mattress was on the very firm side and we actually struggled to sleep because of that - an optional memory foam mattress topper would vastly improve it. Despite this, we really enjoyed our time there!

Great for a week stay in Barcelona!

We loved the location of this property; with it being a little bit outside of the hub bub of the city where it was more quiet, but with easy access to the metro to get anywhere we wanted to go. The check-in process was super smooth, and the host was always very attentive. Would stay there again!

Lovely Barcelona apartment for 2 sweet location

My guy and I thoroughly enjoyed this charming apartment in Gracia neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was really convenient if we wanted to take the Metro but we actually did lots and lots of walking! Would definitely recommend this spot as the host and her greeter when we arrived were both very easy to reach and communicate with.

We just loved this little apartment! Nothing about it felt cramped, despite it not being more than 500 sq ft. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook meals to my dietary needs, but there were many lovely restaurants nearby, and a charming culture to the classy area around this apartment. I loved the washer and dryer being there as I could pack light, knowing that I was able to do laundry. They supply 2 laundry soap pods, but there is a 24hr tiny store across the street where you can get more laundry detergent tablets. There is also a high quality little grocery store just kitty-corner from the apartment. Larger grocery stores like Dia or Condis are a little further away, but very walkable. The VRBO host was great at communicating and everything for check in and check out was smooth. The only downside to this place is that the bedroom has no window, so it can be dark in the mornings. We would love to come back to Barcelona and stay in this apartment again! Five stars all around!

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood had supermarkets and some restaurants. If you want to stay away from the tourist areas this is a great spot. It was easy to get a taxi and public transportation.

Great Apartment

The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the bed was comfy and it’s really nicely decorated. It’s in a great location, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and tourist attractions. The owner has great communication and Viviana who greeted us was very nice. There was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again
