Great location but poorly maintained.
The location is great. Easy to walk to most sites, subway, tram, and bus stops are all really close. The property just hasn’t been kept up the way it should be. The walls need to be repainted, the couch is broken, the shower drains and sinks all drain so slow. The showers would overflow onto the floor. Overall cleanliness is just ok. There cleaner just changed the bedding and hit the high spots. We needed the pull out bed. It must not get used very often. Mattress was gross with hair all over it. Pulling it out exposed a lot of hair and dirt under the bed. All the floors were dirty with dust and hair. The cleanliness and drain problems were my biggest complaints. Better maintenance and general upgrades are needed. If that happens I would stay there again. Check in was in person with a host to make sure we paid all the tourist fees. So you had to schedule your arrival time. This helped figure out how to get in and out but the property should have been ready when we arrived. The lady was still in there cleaning. Not sure if that affected the cleanliness or not. It seemed unprofessional though. They knew over 24 hours in advance what time we were arriving. The unit should have been completed before that scheduled time. Pros are the location and the amount of people it will sleep. We have 3 teenagers that like to sleep alone even on vacation. After 9 days together it was nice letting everyone have there own space. Only one set of keys. Extra keys requested but not available.
