Las incidencias se gestionan antes de la llegada del inquilino

Las fotos del alojamiento se ajustan bastante a la realidad, pero al final son fotos hay otros "sentidos" que quedan fuera del anuncio. Los problemas con los que nos encontramos en nuestro alojamiento fueron los siguientes: - el sofá cama está roto, como pongas más peso en la parte de los pies... te hundes. - la puerta del balcón, que da al salón no cerraba y para más inri para el sofá cama sólo contaba con un edredón individual... fue una noche fresquita con constipado de recuerdo - el piso olía a pintura e insecticida... asqueroso, y si una está embarazada...INSOPORTABLE - la persiana del cuarto de matrimonio no bajaba (a las 6 de la mañana uno ya está despierto por la luz) - los cuartos interiores que dan a las escaleras del edificio está fatal insonorizados (además de que las ventanas cierren mal) y, por lo tanto en cuanto hay un poco de movimiento por la escalera uno se desvela. Algunos de estos problemas (persiana, edredón y balcón) fueron solucionados al día siguiente... pero el error ha pesado lamentablemente y no nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de l alojamiento y menos habiendo pagado lo que se ha pagado...
