Beautiful apartment in Barcelona near the center. It is an attic apartment with an excellent distribution of spaces, where you can relax after spending the day visiting the city. It has an elegant, serene and young decoration, but at the same time familiar.

The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. This penthouse in Barcelona for monthly rentals also has a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. In this way, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The apartment has a full bathroom and is equipped with clean towels and sheets ready for use on the day of your arrival.

As soon as the arrival door opens and enters the apartment, you will be surrounded by light and space. Although the apartment has an open design and the living room and kitchen are contiguous, this does not prevent each space from having its independence. You can cook quietly while your family and friends rest in the living room and plan new adventures around the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your own homemade meals: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. In addition, to ensure maximum comfort, the apartment also has a hair dryer, washer and dryer. This way you should not worry about anything! If you come to Barcelona by car, you also have private parking spaces available in the same building, available on demand.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
