Equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning, TV, and free WiFi, the apartment is spread over two floors: Lower Floor: • BEDROOM 1: Bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, access to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom. • BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a shower. • KITCHEN: Kitchen integrated into the living room, fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. • LIVING-DINING ROOM: With a sofa, TV, and access to the balcony where the washing machine is located. • BALCONY: Includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upper Floor: • BEDROOM 2: In the upper floor foyer, there is a sofa bed, wardrobe, and access to the terrace. • TERRACE: Spacious 20 sqm terrace with a sun lounger and a large table, an ideal space for dining on summer nights.

If we receive complaints from neighbors about loud music, noise or antisocial behavior we will claim the full amount of the deposit and we reserve the right to expel the apartment without refund.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS * The local tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per adult (>16) per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in in cash. *The use of aacc carries a supplement of €5 per day to be paid upon arrival. *A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted). We kindly ask you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity and water supplies. Excessive consumption may cause the deduction of amounts from the deposit. * Failure to return each set of keys will result in a charge of €60. * Bath towels cannot be taken to the beach. Returning these in poor condition or with stains from makeup, tanning lotion, oil or shoe soles will incur a charge of €10 per towel.
