Olite - 2 bedrooms in Eixample Esquerra

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Mountain meets city in this newly designed modern and chic property. Whether inside or outside of Olite, there’s much to see and do. Located in the L’Esquerra de l’Eixample district, guests are invited to try the local flavors or admire the modernist architecture. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there's nothing better than relaxing at home.

Olite offers dazzling concepts within its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of the 2 bedrooms, guests will find 2 queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for convenience and privacy and is decorated with wooden shelves and hanging lights in accordance to the mountain theme. The second bedroom has plenty of storage space and the bed framed by wooden planks. The detached bathroom is clean and functional in design.

The open plan living room and kitchen has a very chic mountain feel to it. Light floods in through the large windows, which open into a French balcony, onto the black and wood shelves filled with decorative vases. For maximum comfort in the summer, this apartment has air conditioning available.

As with all our apartments, Olite's kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking a meal and enjoying it on the clean cut wooden table top. For any remote working needs, Olite features an office space with a dedicated workstation. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
