Good location , no windows

The location is great but that all . I was suppose to get two bedroom apartment with living room . When I got there there was two rooms plus kitchen and one of the bedrooms had a couch in it which I think they call living room . The apt was nice but the windows open into elevator shaft , no natural light at all.

Super Lage, aber schlechtes Apartment

Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Die Lage des Apartments war super, ansonsten wĂŒrden wir das Apartment auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. ZunĂ€chst ist anzumerken, dass es kein natĂŒrliches Tageslicht gibt. Es gibt lediglich 2 Fenster, die aber nur zum Aufzugsschacht zeigen. Wo man gleich beim nĂ€chsten Problem wĂ€re und zwar der LĂ€rm. Man hört die ganze Zeit den Fahrstuhl hoch und runter fahren, zudem noch BaulĂ€rm. Außerdem war in den ersten 2. NĂ€chten an Schlaf kaum zu denken, denn ein Apartment unter uns wurde eine rießen Party mit ohrenbetĂ€ubenden LĂ€rm gefeiert. Nachdem ich mich beim Office beschwert habe, hieß es, dass die GĂ€ste ermant wurden. Geholfen hat das nichts, die nĂ€chste Nacht ging das ganze Spiel von vorne los. Die Waschmachine/Trockner konnte man auch vergessen. Dieses GerĂ€t machte nicht nur LĂ€rm, sondern lief pro Wasch-/Trocknengang insgesamt bis zu 4h. Ansonsten noch: KĂŒcheneinrichtung bestand aus zerkratzten Pfannen, versifften Töpfen und spĂ€rlichen Besteck. Fazit: Außer der tollen Lage gibt es nichts positives zu sagen. WĂŒrden es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gradevole appartamento a 2 passi dalla cattedrale

Soggiornato dal 5 dicembre al 8 dicembre 2014 con figli di 5 e 7 anni. Ottima soluzione per visitare Barcellona ed avere una base dove tornare per riposare, ed avere spazi per tutta la famiglia. Dotato di tutti i comfort quali lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, tostapane, bollitori, lavastoviglie, tovagliato ecc. Biancheria a disposizione. Abbiamo acquistato dei gamberoni al mercato che erano vivi e ce li siamo cotti!!!!!!! È la sistemazione ideale se si viaggia con i bambini. Loro hanno potuto avere i loro spazi e sentirsi come a casa propria.

Appartement mit NĂ€he zum gotischen Viertel

Das Appartement liegt gut fĂŒr Unternehmungen, gestört hat uns, das wir kaum Tageslicht in der Wohnung hatten, da die Fenster in schmale Lichthöfe hinaus gingen. Das Bad war ebenfalls nicht sehr einladend, Wasserhahn unsauber und auch die Dusche war an den Kanten sehr unsauber (Ablagerungen)

Helt ok leilighet.

Leiligheten ligger sentralt i Barcelona i en rolig gate. Standarden er helt ok. Litt styr Ă„ hente nĂžkkelen et annet sted enn der leiligheten ligger, og at vi mĂ„tte betale 20€ ekstra siden vi kom etter kl 20. Vi var ikke de eneste som kom da, for Ă„ si det slik. Servicen var topp nĂ„r vi kom, men nĂ„r vi skulle hente koffertene vĂ„re var det sĂ„ som sĂ„ med den.

Funktionell lÀgenhet med bra lÀge med gÄngavstÄnd till det mesta. LÀgenheten hade dock inga fönster utÄt, utan bara mot ett hisschakt och ett slags ljusschakt, vilket gjorde att man fick kÀnsla av att bo i en mörk grotta utan dagsljus. LÀgenheten var dock nyligen renoverad och frÀsch i övrigt. Enkel inredning.

posizione ottima ma ...

l'apparthotel si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare al meglio Barcellona, purtroppo il nostro appartamento era in una posizione infelicissima , tutte le finestre davano in cavedi interni dando una senazione di soffocamento, E' vero che si va per visitare una cittĂ  ma almeno una finestra all'esterno ci deve essere!! Per il resto, arredamento, pulizia, accessori interni, era confortevole.
