Very nice and quiet apartment, located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Montjuic Magic fountains, and Plaça Espanya. Five minutes from the Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.

You can go giving a walk (20 minutes more or less )to the ramblas and to the town center.

The building has two elevators.

The flat is very peaceful and quiet.

The flat has everything new, it has 2 bedrooms, one queen size bed, and the other with one single bed and other bed that it can become in two. It has a kitchen with a little terrace where you can take your breakfast, one bathroom with a big shower, a living room and a dining room. It has Smart T.V, internet, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.

It has been decorated plenty of colour and with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgetable holidays.

Our hosts, Rosa and Miguel, were fantastic! They were super communicative, provided wonderful recommendations for things to see, food to eat, and places to visit while we were there. They checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, too. Very sweet hosts with a very nice, clean apartment to rent close by to a lot of cool things to do in Barcelona.

Rosa and Miguel are fabulous hosts. All the little things that make your stay better. Apartment was clean and comfortable in a great location just two blocks from the metro which is as good a form of transportation at a great price to everywhere. But if you want to walk Barrie Gotic is very close. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised on VRBO website. It is in an excellent location near the Magic Fountain, Montjuic National Palace and art museum and has close proximity to metro and bus stops. Miguel an Rosa arranged early check-in as we arrived in Barcelona at 8 AM on a cruise liner.

Outstanding Apartment and Hosts in Great Location

This apartment was very clean and modern (with a large shower in the bathroom). It was the most comfortable apartment that we have rented in Europe. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. The nearby Art Museum of Catalunya is an absolute gem. Rosa and Miguel are terrific hosts.

If the app had the option to award 6 stars, then we would. Lovely 2 bedrom apartment. Bright, clean and extremely well equipped. Every must-see and must-do within easy reach due to proximity to very easy to navigate bus/metro system. Rosa & Miguel need at least 10 stars! Great communication, friendly and so keen to share their love of this city with visitors. So much nicer to stay amongst the Barcelonians than in a corporate 'could be anywhere' hotel We will certainly revisit Barcelona - but only if this apartment is available!

Great stay in El Poble-sec

We booked the property for the America's Cup in Barcelona, and we were not disappointed. The accommodation and location were everything we wanted. Rosa & Miguel greeted us on arrival, explained everything we needed to know, and provided us with information about the Metro and Buses and the tourist places to visit while we were in the City. The apartment was stocked with essential food supplies, including a bottle of wine, so we did not have to worry about anything on our first night. We had a lovely time and will stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Fantastic Stay!!!

Could not have been happier with the hosts and accommodations! Rosa and Miguel are wonderful hosts. Rosa met us upon arrival and got us acquainted with the apartment as well as the neighborhood. She had wine, snacks, coffee, juices already stocked in the kitchen. She gave us a map highlighting all the sites and recommendations on transportation and restaurants. Upon checkout Miguel actually brought us to the train station!! Wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations

What a wonderful little apartment! And Rosa & Miguel were the most gracious hosts. They met us personally and showed us the amenities of the apartment, then spent a good deal of time with a map, showing us how to get around and recommending places to eat and things to do. The apartment was immaculately clean and so comfortable. The location was convenient to multiple supermarkets and a metro station. And Miguel even drove us to our cruise terminal! If we ever visit Barcelona again, we will be renting from Rosa and Miguel.

Outstanding hosts and location

Rosa and Miguel are the most amazing hosts. They treat you like family. Their place is perfect, very clean and you have everything you need. They’ve thought of pretty much everything, including some very thoughtful treats! The location makes it easy to get around with both the metro and buses within a 5 minute walk. Great place, fantastic hots!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and with all you need for a great stay. It is located at walking distance to the metro and bus. We bought the T-casual ticket which is 10 rides of metro or bus. However, we walked a lot, enjoy all this little streets and tapas bars. Rosa and Miguel are outstanding hosts. We are very grateful to them for everything. Hasta la próxima, Amigos.

Rosa was a great host and love the apartment!

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The rooms are bigger than they look and they have air conditioning. Something that helped us sleep at night. Rosa picked us up at the airport. When we got to the apartment, she gave a detailed description of where to go and places to avoid after dark, where to eat good food and how to get around the city.
