VILLADELMAR has 220 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 with JACUZZY, swimming pool, BARBECUE.
The house has billiards, outdoor ping pong table, air conditioning. The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer among other things, also has a large table in the kitchen and in the dining room. The Villa has a capacity for ten-twelve people, with 5 bedrooms ( 4 of them are suite ) , 5 bathrooms and 1 bathroom with shower outside.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
