Right in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from top spots like La Pedrera–Casa Milà.
With simple furnishings this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed in one room, and a single bed in the other. You'll find inside a kitchen with the basics for home cooking, fresh towels and bed linens. There’s also an iron.
Just a heads up: it’s on the 4th floor (5th by US count) with no elevator, so be ready for a bit of a climb. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary, and we recommend bringing a power bank with you.

Located in the centre of Barcelona, this vibrant city offers unique experiences and a variety of cuisines nearby the apartment. With a 13 minutes walk to Joan Miró Park and an 8 minutes walk to Jardins de Magalí, you can peacefully relax and lighten your day. Sants station is an 8 minutes walk, and you can explore some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the breathtaking Sagrada Familia Cathedral and Guell's Park. Stroll through the La Rambla and explore the famous La Boqueria market for tasty "tapas".

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Santa Station is just an 8-minute walk.

Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights).
