You can easily move around the city using one of two nearby public transport options:
El Maresme/Forum metro station, just 5 minutes away on foot
Port Forum tram stop, right at the foot of the building
Situated on the seventh floor, the apartment features a spacious and bright living room thanks to its large windows. It has access to two balconies, one of them furnished with comfortable armchairs.
The living room includes two sofas, a large smart TV, and a dining table for 4 guests.
Adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.
The apartment has two bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with shower
A second bedroom with two single beds, next to a second bathroom with a bathtub
On the ground floor of the residence, guests have access to a large shared swimming pool, ideal for sunny days.
Apartment rules:
Groups under the age of 25 are not allowed
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Authorities may withhold part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fine between €50 and €250 may apply
