Overall a pleasant stay
A lovely location and home. However a few bits and pieces in need of attention. The house is in need of a little TLC to bring up to 5* experience. Would also recommend a small welcome pack - water juice etc.. for arrival as we were delayed and by time we did arrive all supermarkets / shops were closed. A very good option for a large group good for transport into Barcelona and surrounding areas .

Well equipped and convenient to beach and transport links
We had a very enjoyable family holiday. The pool was excellent for children. It is also a very safe area. Air conditioning would have been a bonus however the fans were a help and of course we could cool of in the pool

Jolie propriété bien placée mais beaucoup trop de contraintes
La villa est très bien placée puisque située à 5mn à pied de la plage !
elle se situe dans un quartier résidentiel avec des voisins vraiment très très proches qui nous épient en permanence. La capacité totale de la maison est de 17 personnes, il est donc difficile de ne faire aucun bruit lorsque nous sommes tous ensemble.
A 19h, il nous a été demandé de baisser la musique sur la terrasse. Dans la maison, il y a des recommandations (affiches) de partout précisant que l'on doit respecter le voisinage sous peine de voir débarquer la police. Avec possibilité d'expulsion si nécessaire !!
A noter pendant notre séjour :
- frigo ne faisait pas assez de froid (beurre mou)
- poignet de four inexistante
- Mixeur HS
- Petits carreaux de la mosaïque dans la piscine se décollent
- Maison mal insonorisée
- Sonorie/Bip continue dans le garage
- Manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas de saladiers...
- Pas de tablette de rangement dans les sdb, joints noirs dans celle d en bas
- Literie de la chambre d'en haut de mauvaise qualité.

Location agréable avec piscine très bien entretenue
Location bien située proche plage et commerces. Piscine privée agréable et bien entretenue. Literie très confortable, le garage est un vrai plus. Barcelone facilement accessible en train. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine(cafetière électrique). Je recommande cette location.
