Welcome to the studio near the Arc de Triomf with shared pool and terrace in the heart of Eixample Dret! This two-story apartment in El Born is an ideal alternative for couples looking for a temporary stay in Barcelona.

The 60 m² studio is located on one floor of a new building that offers extensive amenities, such as a shared pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for convenience. The main space is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a television, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a large window that provides a lot of light to the dining room with tables and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge, fridge/freezer and hob. In addition, the apartment has an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi for your comfort.

On the second floor, you will find a double bed with a bathroom that has a shower.

Great location!!! Very handy washer/dryer and kitchen facilities. But, The bedroom and bathroom upstairs are very cramped! No full separation between the two. (No privacy) Shower water spills out onto the bathroom floor. (Again because of tight space)

L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite, toutefois la salle de bain en vitre ne favorise pas l'intimité et beaucoup de choses était brisé (vitre, impossibilité de fermer la douche). La piscine est peu accessible mais à cause des lieux environnant. L'endroit était un peu bruyant, des voisins étaient en mode fêtard. Il y a une épicerie à la porte littéralement et une station de métro a 2 minutes, bien pratique !
