Spacious and bright apartment, newly renovated in 2024, in the heart of Barcelona. Spacious and comfortable living room with integrated kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all exterior. It also has two balconies. Very functional designer furniture

Located just five minutes walk from Plaza de España, where you have the magnificent shopping center 'Las Arenas' and the sources of Monjuic, where you can enjoy its majesty and impressive water, music and light shows. Just at 2 minutes walk it is the large park of the 'l'Escorxador', an ideal place to wander off and play with the children.

The apartment is located next to 2 metro lines: The L1 that in only 2 stations leaves us at Plaza Catalunya or the Gothic quarter; the L5 that transports us to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in a short trip. The center of the city is located just a short walk from the apartment.
