Aroche - 2 bedrooms in Sant Antoni

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Aroche pulls from grassland to create a clean and chic design. Situated in the trendy Sant Antoni neighborhood, Aroche is close to all the action while still maintaining a local feel. The Sant Antoni Market offers classic food options, Plaça Universitat draws a skate crowd, and Carrer del Parlament provides many bars for sipping vermouth during the day.

Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Aroche is the place to come home to. There are 2 bedrooms, both artfully designed and classily furnished. The smaller bedroom contains a single bed and the larger bedroom has a queen size bed and balcony. The 1 bathroom has been recently refurbished with a modern touch.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area offer the perfect place for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day. Boasting style and function, Aroche makes teleworking easy with a dedicated workstation by the windows in the living area. As with all our apartments, Aroche's kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances.
Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.


For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with ducted air system.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
