Poor comunication and little predisposition and little goodwill to solve problems

mi vuelo se retraso y eso hizo que llegara 1 hs con retraso al checkin, avise del retraso e igualmente me cobraron 30 euros de multa. Eramos 5 personas adultas en el departamento y se negaron a darnos 2 juegos de llaves. El departamento tenia serias deficiencias de mantenimiento, placares rotos, ducha rota y falta de Tv en el living. Era imposible comunicarse con los proveedores en fines de semana y fuera de horario de oficina porque el unico medio de comunicacion era un chat

Horrendous check in experience....

Property was great, just what we needed. Meant the kids had a room each and we could stay in for meals.However, the check in experience left us stranded outside and apartment block in a foreign country with two kids, chasing the booking agent for a solution. In the end we had to take kids and luggage on a 30 mins taxi ride to another suburb to find a lock box in a garage...No issues with the apartment, just the confusion at check in.

Mist! Aufzug funktionierte die kompletten zwei Wochen nicht, als Rollstuhlfahrer echt super. Fernseher nicht vorhanden, als er nach einer Woche kam war er noch nicht einmal angeschlossen und der Verpackungsmüll lag noch da. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und wurde erst nach sieben Tagen ersetzt.

Super Lage, gutes Appartment

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Lage war für uns optimal (U-Bahn, Geschäfte vor der Tür, Restaurants, Cafés et. in nächster Nähe, max. 15 min zu Fuß zum Meer). Balkon zur Straße mit vormittags Sonne, wunderbar.Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmer, sehr sauber, gute Bettwäsche und reichlich Handtücher! Perfekt für 4 Erwachsene!Kritik: Die Schiebetür vom Schlafzimmer zum Balkon war defekt - ließ sich nicht gut Öffnen/Schließen.Durch Außenjalousie war das aber nicht so problematisch.Hinweis: Für Schlüsselübergabe an einem Feiertag mussten wir 30 extra zahlen (ohne Quittung), die vorher nicht kommuniziert waren. Er gibt einen Türschlüssel, braucht man mehr, muss man es anmelden.

Appartement très bien situé

Le métro est juste en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est très pratique. Il y a 2 salles de bain ce qui est parfait. Les lits et oreillers sont moyennement confortables mais quand même corrects. Il manque sel, poivre, huile d’olive, essuie-tout et linge pour essuyer la vaisselle mais le reste est complet. Plein de restaurants à proximité. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour!

Emplacement ideal

A deux pas du metro et de toutes commodités. Le sejour sest tres bien déroulé mais l'échange avec le propriétaire par mail est assez fastidieux en terme de temps de reponse. A noter que le paiement se fait sur place et non par avritel, ceci nest pas non plus précise dans la réservation. Il faut aussi payer minimum 30euros en espece suivant lheure darrivee pour la remise des cles. Sinon
