This magnificent apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is 63 m². It is located 100 m from the BonÀrea supermarket, 130 m from the Autobus bus station, 240 m from the Sant Antoni metro station (l2), 400 m from the Poble Sec metro station (l3), 2 km from the Sants Estació train station, 3 km from Barceloneta Beach / Barceloneta's Beach sandy beach, 14 km from El Prat Airport, 103 km from the PortAventura World theme park. The house is located in the city centre. It has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, alarm, heat pump, air conditioning, 1 TV. In the open ceramic hob kitchen, there are a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The name of this neighbourhood pays tribute to the Convent of Sant Antoni Abat built in the 15th century, it was the entrance to the city when Barcelona had fortifications. This neighbourhood is located between Paral·lel Avenue and Gran Via. There is an iconic Greek cross shape in the Sant Antoni Market, designed by architect Rovira i Trias in 1882.
Please note that the air conditioning is only in the living room and 1 bedroom.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
