This beautiful renovated apartment has 89 m². The building has a lift and in the apartment you will find many facilities such as internet access (wifi), hairdryer, iron, balcony, electric heating by radiators, air conditioning and 1 TV. In the American kitchen with ceramic hob, there is a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In the epicentre of this neighbourhood we find an architectural marvel that attracts more than 4 million people a year: the Sagrada Familia. Its own architect guessed it: people will come from all over the world to see what we are doing, and a century later more than 12,000 tourists visit the Sagrada Familia every day, which makes it the sixth most visited monument according to Tripadvisor's travel ranking in the world.
So there are plenty of reasons to say that staying near this world monument. The Gaudí pedestrian avenue and the modernist complex of Sant Pau are two must-visit places. And the Dreta de l'Eixample is not only the most central district of Barcelona, but also the heart of Catalan modernism; one of the neighbourhoods with the most heritage appeal. It is the area most visited by tourists thanks to tourist zones such as: Catalonia Square, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa de les Punxes, Casa Lleó i Morera, Palau Robert, The Block of Discord... - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
