The spacious apartment is completely equipped to welcome our clients and make them feel at home away from home.
We have three rooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and another with a single bed), a bathroom with shower, and a the kitchen where you will have everything necessary to cook.
Two balconies that can be accessed from the living room and the main double bedroom.
The apartment has WiFi for our clients and central air conditioning / heating. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.
Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood has supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop directly connects with the train station and the airport.
The city centre, Plaça Catalunya is 20 minutes walking, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. It will surprise you.
This neighbourhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is trendy among young people for its multicultural atmosphere.

- Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2025 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

En rigtig fin bynær beliggenhed med nem adgang til metro, restauranter og andet indenfor kort afstand. Lejligheden ligger ud til meget trafikeret vej og til trods for at man er på 3. sal, så kunne man høre metroen næsten hele døgnet. Ærgerligt ned støj 24 timer i døgnet
