Charming holiday villa, divided into 3 floors, with swimming pool and 6 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower.
The villa is located in the wonderful Chianti area, a 9-minute drive from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, just 35 km from Florence where you can admire and taste the flavors of Tuscany.
The structure is an ancient semi-detached villa, recently renovated, and equipped with every comfort. The rustic exterior with stone walls gives it an enchanting charm.
Inside the garden, there is a large covered gazebo, equipped with a bbq, sofa, armchairs and dining table, for pleasant outdoor dinners.
You can relax in the infinity pool (which measures 4 * 8 meters) from which you can admire a splendid view of the hills of Tuscany. The swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and a heated hot tub, to relax and cool off on a summer day.

Please note that the Villa is recommended for groups of up to 12 people, however there is the possibility of adding up to a maximum of 1 extra bed at a cost of 200 euros (per week). The price therefore displayed is for groups of up to 12 people, if you are more you will be asked for an extra payment on site.

The villa is located in the Tuscan countryside surrounding the small village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the heart of Chianti and halfway between Florence and Siena.
Just 4 km from the villa, is Barberino Val d'Elsa, a small medieval village which dates back to the 1200s and is surrounded by its original medieval walls. In 2003 this village was awarded the orange flag by the Italian Touring Club, for the beauty and promotion of cultural heritage, environmental protection, culture of hospitality, quality of catering and local products.
In fact, here you will find excellent restaurants and cellars, which will fill your holiday also in terms of culinary delicacies.

Barberino Val d'Elsa is the ideal starting point both for day trips to Florence and Siena, and for reaching other enchanting Chianti villages (such as Greve in Chianti, Panzano, Castellina, Radda in Chianti) or medieval villages in the Tuscan countryside (such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Monteriggioni, Volterra).
Lastly, you can easily reach the beautiful Badia a Passignano (just 10 minutes from the property), a medieval abbey, definitely worth seeing, with its secret gardens and frescoes by Ghirlandaio.

Charming rental property that can accommodate up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms.

Ground Floor: you are welcomed by a bright living room with Smart TV and a cozy fireplace with comfortable armchairs: ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of Chianti wine. You will also find the dining room, the laundry room and a magnificent super-equipped kitchen with included Ice-maker, Nespresso machine with many free pods (2 different types), bread maker, double fridge and welcoming (2 bottles of our wine, 1 bottle of our oil, supplies of salt, pepper, sugar, tea etc ...).

First Floor:
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped gym, a wonderful kitchen (the second), a delightful living room and a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills and the jacuzzi pool. Here there will also be the first two double bedrooms with bathroom and private shower.

Second floor:
The living room leads to the stairs leading to the second floor, where there are three double bedrooms with ensuite private bathroom with shower. You will find a splendid living room furnished with a sofa and in the tower of the villa you will find the sixth double king size bedroom with private bathroom with an incredible panoramic view of the Tuscan hills.

All rooms have: air conditioning, heating, fiber optic wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets, double glazing, shutters... and many other luxury amenities. The rooms also have a ceiling fan.
The beautiful wooden floors, the splendid wooden ceilings and also the various fireplaces will give you unforgettable moments of a dream vacation in Tuscany.

Our Opinion
The Villa for rental is situated in a splendid area of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena, and for this perfect position to visit the many villages of Chianti and Tuscany. It has recently been refurbished with an eye to the Tuscan traditional style.
It is the ideal accommodation for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful landscaped areas of Tuscany.
