Renovated in 2016, this contemporary style farmhouse, was built specifically to enjoy the holidays and sunshine.
Guarantee of quality: it has a 4 EPIS cottage in France.
On the ground floor, the brick partition windows of the kitchen and living room open fully on the shaded terrace with direct access to the garden and pool. (Heated pool spring and fall)
The whole house is air conditioned.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a second lounge with a pool table, are sized to accommodate 10 people.

Absolutely superb.

Thank you Benoit. We had an amazing family holiday ( 9 adults). The house was beautiful and we enjoyed every moment. We did lots of touring of the area. Found some great restaurants and just had the best of time as a family. 10 out of 10 in every aspect.

Perfect from start to finish

Amazing villa with all mod cons. Benoit the owner is amazing and asked if our children would like to learn how to steer a horse and trap. They the. Brushed and fed the horse afterwards. We felt well looked after and would definitely book again or recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Lovely home with all conveniences in the country near Avignon.

The villa met all our expectations. The house was clean, well stocked and well decorated. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 10 people. Benoit and his wife were charming hosts and we would thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Provence!

Outstanding in all respects

This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The facilities and the level of cleanliness are outstanding, the location is excellent and the host, Benoit, is everything you could wish for: pleasant, helpful and always on hand but never intrusive. Every morning, he took the trouble to ensure that the large pool was cleaned and ready for use. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It has shaded seating areas that are perfect for a big group, and two large tables, one inside and one under vines outside, each of which can accommodate everyone. Our group included a child under two and one under 10, and Benoit ensured that the property was safe and that they were catered for. We, and they, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you, Benoit!

We had a wonderful stay at Gite Le Terrefort

My family of 8 just completed a 5 night stay at Gite Le Terrefort and had a wonderful experience. The property is simply beautiful and the rural location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas (Avignon, Arles, Sainte Remy-de-Provence, Gordes, Roussilion, etc.) The villa is a very good size, and has 5 large bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have a shower room in them, and there are two separate shower rooms in the hall for the other three bedrooms. There is one water closet on the second floor, and one on the first floor. There is a large dining table on the first floor along with a nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. There is also a washer and dryer in the villa. The outside areas are fantastic with multiple seating areas, two large dining tables under a grape arbor, a boules court, and of course the swimming pool. Unfortunately it was a bit cool to use the pool. but that didn't stop my 13 year old son from jumping in one morning. The villa was spotless, and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The sheets and towels were of high quality, the water pressure was great, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The villa has air conditioning, but we choose to keep the windows open to enjoy the fresh air. On several mornings we enjoyed breakfast under the grape arbor and the views were beautiful. The villa location is rural and simply beautiful. There are several locations near the villa to purchase food with a special call out to Boulangerie Du Soleil and La Grange a Pains. Both had delicious baked goods and sandwiches that we enjoyed for breakfast and lunch. There is also a U Express next to La Grane a Pains where we purchased other items as needed. However, one of the nicest things about renting the villa are the owners Benoit and VĂ©ronique . Both of them are absolutely delightful, and we really enjoyed meeting them and speaking with them during our stay. Benoit has two horses, and you can see him exercising them in the fields in the morning. Communications with Benoit were fantastic, and we there were no problems at all with the rental or communications. VĂ©ronique even prepared a wonderful welcome meal for us since we had a late arrival at the villa. It was wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Gite Le Terrefort and can highly recommend staying there.

Fantastic modern property ideal for entertaining!

This property, though set out in the countryside (you will need a car!) was ideally situated for our purpose. If you are fit, it is within walking distance of Barbentane and its shops. The owners, Benoit and Veronique live in an adjoining property and were on hand to show us around and provided a level of support during our stay which I would assess as well above average. Although the property lists 4 bathrooms which are all very well appointed, it is perhaps worth pointing out that there are only 2 WCs, though this did not present any difficulties for our party.

Wonderful house in perfect location

The house is the perfect combination of modern practicality combined with the character of an older building in a great location only 10 minutes from Avignon TGV, close to a village with butchers, bakeries etc for the daily needs. The gardens and pool were a particular highlight with fresh grapes growing on the vine outside, a stone built BBQ and space for the kids to run around in safety. Benoit and Veronique get the balance just right ensuring your privacy whilst being available in case of any questions during your stay. We will be back....

Best family holiday ever

Thank you for the most wonderful, relaxing and restful holiday ever. This beautiful modern house is set in a lovely rural location with no effort spared to ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. From the central air-conditioning upstairs (individual thermostats in each bedroom) to the beautiful shady tree in the garden equipped with couches to allow us to sit outside all day. We loved the comfortable outside eating area with delicious overhanging grapes we were allowed to pick. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Our children enjoyed the pool and gardens and Benoit went out of his way to be available for us whilst always ensuring our complete privacy. We really enjoyed Benoits beautiful horses. Fantastic villa with caring owners

This was just a wonderful experience. Communication before our arrival was excellent, and we were greeted with a meal prepared by the owners. The property was very clean and tidy. The owners were available for any queries and also offered various trips for us, as well as suggesting excellent local visits, shops and markets. The highlight was a horse and cart ride with Benoit which was immensely enjoyable. Our stay at this holiday home was absolutely wonderful! Benoüt and his wife are exceptional hosts – warm, attentive, and discreet. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable.We really liked the delicious fruit they shared from their own garden. Benoüt also (if interested) eagerly shares his passion for horses, which added a personal and unique touch to our experience.Our kids (and we) loved it!The house itself is spotless and very well-equipped. Deux belles semaines de Festival

Nous avons loué cette maison pour assister au Festival d'Avignon et avons été enchanté de notre séjour. La maison est située à 15 minutes en voiture des parkings de la Cité des Papes. La région est magnifique et la maison est idéale pour se reposer de l'agitation du Festival. Spacieuse, trÚs bien équipée, avec piscine, petit terrain de boule, table de ping-pong, billard, elle a été parfaite pour notre petit groupe d'amis. Si l'on rajoute la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hÎte, c'était un séjour idéal !

The perfect holiday house

This property gets top marks in every respect. It is modern, very clean and well-equipped. There is plenty of space to play both inside and outside, plus entertainment like table tennis, pétanque and a fantastic (large) warm swimming pool with a shaded area to sit at one end (good for kids). Benoit was a wonderful host, providing tips for local activities, sharing fruit from his garden and helping our young children (age 3 - 6) to play with FiFi the pony. We would love to stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Geweldig!

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in het zeer nette, ruime en fantastisch uitgeruste huis met een prachtige tuin. Het omheinde zoutwaterzwembad bracht ons verkoeling tijdens de dag, de airco zorgde voor een koele nachtrust. De keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden (borden, glazen, potten en kommen zijn ruim voorzien, bestek, keukenhanddoeken, basiskruiden,
). Zeer ruime slaapkamers met voldoende kastruimte, sfeervol ingericht. Opgedekte bedden, rolluiken/luiken + horren zijn zeker een pluspunt. De badkamers zijn ruim en zeer netjes, badkamermatten en handdoeken voorzien. BĂ©noit nam ons mee naar zijn paarden, de kinderen hebben geholpen bij het borstelen en mochten zelfs meerijden met de koets. Bedankt Benoit en echtgenote!

Leuke aangename vakantie.

Leuke woning, aardige eigenaar die je steeds ter hulp staat indien nodig. Veel privacy op het terras en tuin/zwembad. Ruime woning, slaapkamers goed verdeeld. Twee slaapkamers met badkamer op de kamer, steeds handig! Huis is volledig gekoeld, kan je zeker gebruiken.
