Beautiful, new build and modern villa L&Z offers you an ideal place for a break from busy everyday life. It is located in a quiet location in a small village Glavani near Barban, 20 km from Pula. The Villa is very tastefully decorated with new modern furniture. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, toilet and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. An outdoor fireplace and a covered terrace overlooking the pool are the perfect combination for enjoying outdoor meals and romantic Istrian nights with a glass of wine. In the outdoor pool with salt water, you can seek refreshment from the summer heat, and you can rest carefree on the comfortable deck chairs, in the shade of the parasol. The house offers free private parking, WI-FI and is fully air-conditioned. The yard is fenced and you can enjoy undisturbed rest and socializing with family or friends.
The location of the villa allows you to easily explore all the charms of the Istrian peninsula and it’s an excellent starting point for numerous excursions.
