In Berry, in the Creuse Valley and the Painters' Valley, 2 minutes from Montcocu (beach, canoeing, paddleboarding, restaurant) and just over 5 minutes from Lake Eguzon, this holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac with a private, enclosed 1,000m² garden.

Bonus features: heating included in the price, swimming 2 minutes away, and hiking trails right next door.

New in 2024: a Himalayan footbridge! The only one in the Centre region, just 2 minutes away.

New in 2026: Terra Aventura arrives with mini-adventures to discover our Creuse Valley (7 courses). The ground floor comprises: a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room (with a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room/toilet.

Two steps lead to the second bedroom with a double bed.

Electric heating (included in the price).

Two private terraces, one covered, and private parking. Electric griddle.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of either two small pets or one large pet (the dog(s) must be well-behaved).
