This place is super clean and I loved that it’s been recently updated. The carpet and furniture is new. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is great. The restaurant is also amazing! There aren’t a lot of options to eat in the area but the onsite restaurant is really good! My only complaint is that even though everything is new the beds are hard and so uncomfortable and the TVs in the room are very small.

Very nice location close to everything. Free parking. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean but definitely an older hotel. No microwave / coffee maker in room or even allowed. Unable to turn off balcony lights so felt on display when sitting outside and unable to see stars clearly due to the lights.

We had the best dinner at the restaurant! Lobster appetizer was a meal & beer salad so good. The owner/manager was so helpful when Expedia did not cancel a previous booking. A nice little gift shop with most things you would need Or souvenirs

Kimball Terrace inn was in a very pretty location overlooking Northeast Harbor. Our room was the "Economy" room with one double bed - pretty small but fine for what we needed. We stayed two nights and they came in and made up our bed and emptied the trash after the first night which doesn't seem to happen anymore on multi-night stats. Check-in/check-out people were very nice. There wasn't any microwave in the room but one to use in the lobby/check-out area. Coffee available 24 hours a day as well. Nice big refrigerator in the room.

Walls are super thin so if you have loud neighbors like we did, you’ll hear everything they say, and their tv, going into the night and waking you in the morning. Beds were very firm, so felt hard to us.

Older, dated hotel in prime quiet location. Ground floor room was noisy at night with creaking floor from room above as people moved about. No free breakfast but tasty coffee available 24 hr a day.

Close by marina Sadly the staff did not manage to collect and forward a item that was sent to them for my attention. Instead they refused the item and now I have a hassle to get it re shipped. In spite of phone messages and phone cals to make this happen this was a stumble, so not good.

Convenient to Acadia

This was a perfect place to stay to explore Acadia and it was iut of the way of the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor (though it was a pretty quick drive there for when we wanted to go into town. There's nothing fancy about the rooms but they were clean and comfortable, plus we got a balcony with a view of the marina.

Restaurant was a little "fru-fru" , but the hotel was perfect for a budget trip to Acadia. Very clean which is my wife's and my own #1 priority. PERFECT.

Great stay

Liked being on a quieter part of the island. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice way to start the day. The pillows weren’t great, but front desk gave us extra when we asked, so it was no problem. Rooms aren’t very soundproof, but it didn’t keep us up at night. The restaurant attached to hotel is delicious.
