Good local cafe in shopping area across the road
The room was clean but very small. The bathroom was nice. Great shower!! The fridge made a lot of noise. But other than that it was nice for the price.
Pleasant stay , decent motel. The price was perfect for holiday weekend. It’s 30-40 mins from bar habor but is close to Walmart and Shaw’s in case you want to show some urgent stuff. Other hotels and motels were very expensive. Would love the premises more cleaner , a fan in the bathroom and some tea in the room. Thanks for the stay appreciate it.

all white linens n comfortable beddings..Cheapest motel with all white beddings..unlike the other prpoerty in the area who still use colored comforters.
Clogged tab and sink, multiple cases of human hair on bath walls above the tab. Spotty WiFi. The room had a pamphlet asking not to reserve in future on Expedia, Booking or Orbitz but call them directly for a better rate. The staff could not find the reservation first, refused to look by number, then got rude about us reserving through Orbitz.

The restaurant was closed, so no free breakfast. We did negotiate a discount.
The room was fine for one night, which is all we were there for. If we had been staying longer I would’ve been extremely unhappy with the bathroom. The caulking was very poor, there was mold/mildew on the tub ceiling, there were no electric outlets which was weird because they provided a hair dryer but the cord really didn’t reach any mirror. I would send pictures of the tub but there does not seem to be a way.

We understand that the rooms are still undergoing renovation, so that explains why some aspects are not yet up to par. The bathroom sink was in poor condition, the fixtures corroded and the faucets hard to turn off completely. Some parts of the molding are loose and shabby looking. On the other hand, the room we had earlier in the summer was fully renovated and the bathroom in particular was quite nice. Both rooms were clean. Reception staff did not seem very friendly on our second visit. We were not offered a breakfast "kit" the second time as we were on the first visit, and there is no breakfast room..
We have stayed at the Primavera Inn three times for two or three nights since Fall 2017, the first while they were still remodeling the premises--the former, rundown Jasper's Inn & Restaurant. We have had the same room each time--a single, king-bed, handicap-accessible room that was missing a couple small conveniences (a desk and coat rack) on our first visit that were later added. The new owners' remodeling greatly improved the facility, and while it offers very basic rooms and services, the price can't be beat in this area for a room that's very clean and comfortable, with basic but pleasant decor, and convenient to downtown Ellsworth and the Acadia region. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, although the Inn receptionist serves double duty at the Restaurant reception desk--at least during off-season--so one may have to go into the restaurant--a few feet away--to check in. A very basic continental breakfast is included in the price, although on one of our stays, the breakfast room was closed one day.
L.L. Bean Shopping Outlet is within a 5-minute walk of Atlantic Coast Inn while other popular sites like Birdsacre Sanctuary are within a 15-minute stroll. This 30-room motel has in-room conveniences like private yards, microwaves, and coffee makers.

Thank you so much for staying with us. I agree that house keeping needs to look up, but the large turn over by 3pm for incoming all summer is a daunting task in itself, the fans got put last. O.K Thank you for booking with us, we apologize that the incorrect name given on more than one occasion was causing us to fail in finding the reservation, so much so that the adjective RUDE became involved. Our employee was just asking repeatedly could it be in another name, but you were adamant in being correct, As for the clogged sinks, we are sorry things might not have finally drained properly on your stay. I dont know of one single hotel that unscrews the sink drains on a daily clean, unfortunately it is found out once it has built up over time, just like your home or anywhere else. We stated in our books that you may save money by not using 3rd parties, but did not once put these establishments down. We are a little guy in a big world which is run by the internet. We take great pride here especially in remodeling 35 rooms, a restaurant and office in less that 2 years. Sad that it was not up to your satisfaction. Ours cleaning team was run ragged over the full booked 4th and yes they may have missed a hair but our tubs and showers were and are always clean. Sincerely, Marie, front desk manager
