Ideal for 8 people and fully air-conditioned, the ground floor comprises a living room opening onto a splendid terrace and summer kitchen, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (including a filter coffee maker), a bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate WC.

A garage for one car completes this villa, and a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a €500 "double cleaning" fee may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏
