Le logement est situé sur les hauteurs de Banyuls (accÚs avec un escalier pratique pour les personnes avec une bonne mobilité et en forme). A noter : en cas de canicule, l'appartement est difficile à aérer et la température monte vite à l'intérieur. L'équipement est convenable pour une location; (un tapis de bain serait utile). Le logement convient pour une famille de 4 personnes, mais serait trop juste pour 6.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé entre ville et plage, au calme avec vue imprenable. Des ventilateurs au plafond seraient un plus pour évacuer la chaleur sous la toiture. La literie de la mezzanine convient pour des enfants. Séjour trÚs agréable dans cet appartement.

Sous le soleil
Appartement confortable et propre avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par Eve qui s occupe de plusieurs locations et nous la remercions de sa gentillesse ,( elle est revenue le soir mĂȘme nous apporter draps et serviettes) car il y a eu un petit bug avec l annonce qui mentionnait linge compris, mais en faite non . L annonce Ă Ă©tĂ© rectifiĂ©e par Thierry qui nous a remboursĂ© la location du linge et a Ă©tĂ© trĂ©s rĂ©actif et comprĂ©hensif, un grand merci. La literie est trĂ©s confortable . Le seul soucis qui nous a incommodĂ©, c est qu il y a eu la canicule (assez rare si tĂŽt), et les ventilateurs ( dont un trĂšs bruyant) et un refroidisseur d air tout aussi bruyant ne suffisaient pas Ă refroidir l appart, donc des nuits non rĂ©cupĂ©ratrices.Peut-ĂȘtre une vrai clim ne serait pas un luxe, mĂȘme si bien Ă©videmment le prix serait un peu plus Ă©levĂ©.

Un sĂ©jour magique; la lumiĂšre est magnifique et la terrasse de l'appartement permet d'en jouir Ă chaque moment; la vue est exceptionnelle! L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, en surplomb d'une magnifique crique et Ă quelques minute du centre ville. Le parking inclus est un rĂ©el atout; pas de prise de tĂȘte pour le stationnement.
