Maison de ville au calme très bien située à 5 mins du bord de mer et de la gare (ce qui permet de laisser sur le parking une potentielle 2ème voiture (50 /sem) et de rayonner avec le train).La maison est très agréable à vivre avec différents petits coins pour que chacun se sente bien. La terrasse au dernier étage est très chouette pour pouvoir se retrouver et de détendre.
