Equipped for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it comprises a living room opening onto a first terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet.

Situated near Elmes beach, which you can admire from the terraces, you can easily walk there.

The two terraces also offer the opportunity to enjoy breakfast practically with your feet in the water.

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €220 may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏
