Nestled on a spacious, tree-shaded terrace, it offers unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards and direct access to hiking trails. Access is via a staircase of approximately thirty steps, with a private parking space at the foot of the stairs.
The house comprises:
A bright living room with a sofa bed (permanent sleeping space), opening onto the terrace.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (capsule coffee machine), also opening onto the terrace and its barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
A shower room with a walk-in shower.
A separate WC.
For your comfort, a cot can be provided upon request. Cyclists will also appreciate the possibility of storing their bicycles safely in a secure, enclosed garage.
