Comportement de votre sous-traitant sur place: Foncia.

.Les abords de la résidence: peu attrayant. .Accès à l'escalier extérieur: DANGEREUX (Pavage défoncé). .L'appartement: Très bruyant: Isolation phonique des menuiseries et vitrages: Nulle. Beaucoup de poussière sur les blocs de cuisine et réfrigérateur. Evier partiellement bouché (+ remontées d'odeurs d'égouts.) Volet roulant de la chambre cassé, impossible à manoeuvrer, laissant un jour permanent d'une quarantaine de centimètres. Nous avons constater ces 2 derniers points le samedi soir de notre arrivée. Nous avons signalé ces anomalies à l'agence Foncia de Banyuls dès le lundi matin. (Notre réclamation à bien été notée dans un cahier de doléances et Assurance d'une intervention prochaine d'un artisan nous a été donnée). Aucun contact ne s'étant manifesté, nous avons du procéder au nettoyage du syphon de l'évier. Le problème du volet roulant a de nouveau été signalé à Foncia qui a prit bonne note de notre demande d'intervention avec promesse de nous informer des suites à venir. Résultat: Foncia: Inexistant. Dormir dans la pièce à vivre, et non dans la chambre prévue à cet effet, sur des fauteuils (clic-clac) est d'un inconfort total ne faisait pas partie de la prestation que nous espérions. Le laxisme, l'incompétence et l'absence totale de conscience professionnelle ne peu que nuire à votre profession. Ce préjudice implique, pour le moins, indemnisation. En fin de compte, vous nous avez prélevé 625,00 euros pour un prestation dont nous n'avons pas eu la contrepartie. Dans l'attente de vous lire, recevez nos salutations. Jean-Luc et Hélène ALLEGRE

bien mais peut mieux faire

Pour deux personnes, location agréable, très belle vue, un peu loin des plages et des commerces. Par contre l'équipement est très minimaliste, la batterie de cuisine pas adaptée aux plaques électriques, la vaisselle réduite au minimum ainsi que les accessoires (pas de tire bouchons, pas de couteau éplucheur....). à mon avis, pas possible de vivre à quatre dans cet appartement.
