"Serenity Now" is a mountain retreat that is located in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain. This well-kept entry level condo offers breathtaking sunsets with its long-range views. An escape from the heat and humidity of the summer, or the perfect location for winter activities, it is located close to all that the High Country area has to offer. You can get out and explore or simply enjoy the peacefulness and views from 5100 ft.

A couple reminders about our property. No Pets allowed, COA requirement, the Master bedroom sliding glass door is weather sealed closed to prevent incoming weather as the door bows from the winds which results in large gaps. Plan for replacement Spring 2026.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
