Our guests will enjoy the entire property situated on a half acre lot.

Please note, the home has several staircases, and while they are all original to the home some steps are more narrow than others, please proceed with caution going up and down.

Large RV’s or trailers will have an issue crossing the bridge on the way to the home. Message if you have questions.

In winter months guests will need 4-wheel drive during inclement weather to reach the property.
1. Pets must be on the reservation prior to checkin with pet fee paid. Pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs. A third dog can be added for an additional $150.

2. Events may be permitted with prior approval. Message us for details and any additional costs.

3. No smoking in the house. A $300 air remediation fee will be charged if smoking indoors occurs

4. No parties other than pre-approved events.

5. Please clean up after your pets in the yard.

6. No early or late checkin/checkout without pre-approval. Fees may apply based on availability. Contact us for more questions.

7. Do not park in the yard, only the driveway. Fees will incur if rule is broken.
