This is a lower floor, two bed, two bath condo in building 3 with free WI-FI. The living room is cozy & comfortable with a mounted flat screen 50" TV, & a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, mounted 48" flat TV, ceiling fan, and a master bath with washer-dryer. The guest bedroom has a twin-full bunk bed with an extra slide out trundle bed. The full size kitchen has all the updated appliances you need including a Keurig coffee maker. Please note that these units do not have air conditioning. From your private balcony, you have a lovely mountain view and a ski in/out view of Oma's Meadow. From this condo, you have a short walk to Sugar Slalom and Upper Flying Mile. The new clubhouse is open with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Dirty, shower. Coffee pot, medicine cabinets, carpet and upholstery

I have photos of coffee pot with molded over grounds. Baking sheet with food on it. Medicine cabinets dirty. Carpet and upholstery dirty.

Great access to Sugar Mountain Ski!

Boys were able to snowboard down to pick up their lift tickets for the day and take the lift back. Was a great home base.
