This condo has been well taken care of, has updated appliances, and has very comfortable carpet and furniture. The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking -which we did every night- and the beds and pillows are great. Working washer and dryer are a bonus. One issue now (winter 24/25) is the seal around the sliding door. There was ice built up around every window frame and the sliding door to the balcony was frozen shut with about an inch of ice all around the bottom. It also whistled very loudly at all hours of the night and day when the wind blew. This would probably be a non issue when the weather is not blizzard-like and in the single digits.
Regarding Sugar Top as a whole:
The walk from the elevator is about as long as it gets, but with rolling carts for luggage it's not bad.
Sugar Top has a great pool, two hot tubs, a steam and a dry sauna, as well as a small gym with well maintained equipment. The amenities are clean and fun. There is no restaurant or bar, and you need to take a short shuttle ride to get to your car in a lower parking lot if you do not have an owner's parking pass, then drive down the mountain to one of two very close grocery stores. Plenty of food and beverage options are quite close by. I have stayed in two other condos at Sugar Top and this was the most modern and comfortable by far.
