Beautiful, Treacherous, & poor management
The house is beautiful. The set up is perfect. The views are amazing and it had everything I needed to cook fantastic meals for our moms and son’s ski vacation. That being said the driveway was snow and ice so we couldn’t get up that in my four-wheel-drive Tahoe. There was a warning in the description about parking at the bottom of the driveway in winter weather. We didn’t think it would be an issue considering it hadn’t snowed for over a week and thought the snow may have been treated for our safety. It had not. The very long steps leading up to the house were covered in snow and ice. So dangerous we all fell in the driveway and a week later my knee is still bruised and sore. Getting up and down the steps carrying all of our luggage and supplies was bad and the advertised lift on the front of the house on the deck had a lock on the gate with no keys so we couldn’t even use that once we did get to the top of the hill. Management was contacted multiple times. On arrival we noticed four bags of garbage sitting just underneath the front porch and reported it out of concern for animals. No one responded. No one came to get the trash and we spent the rest of our stay with dirty diapers and garbage spread out all over the yard. It was Disgusting. We used the hot tub and in hindsight shouldn’t have because it had a green hue and none of our suits smelled like chemicals so we’re pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned but honestly except for the management, the house is fantastic.
