The main level also hosts the luxurious king ensuite bedroom, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with custom tile work. This home is less than 10 minutes from Ski Beech, and 15 minutes from Sugar Mountain, and 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk for dining.

Grandview Haven has mini-split air conditioning and baseboard heating for year round comfort. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. Guests can log into personal streaming accounts or view Live TV through Spectrum Winter travelers should be prepared for inclement weather with 4WD or AWD vehicles. At times, chains may be needed to reach this home at almost 5,000 feet in elevation. Pets are not allowed at Grandview Haven.

This property is NOT pet-friendly! This property has a strict NO PET POLICY. Due to severe allergies, this homeowner has a strict no-pets policy for this property. ADA rules covering Service Animals are adhered to. This means that any guests bringing an Emotional Support Animal are NOT allowed to do so and would violate the Terms and Conditions of their contract.​​​​​​​ The offending reservation who does willingly brings a pet will face up to an additional $500 cleaning fee.
