Ski Trip

House was in a nice quiet location. We had an issue with the hot water but problem was corrected almost immediately.

Toilet overflow!!

The location was clean and warm BUT there was something seriously wrong with the plumbing. All three toilets overflowed and made quite a mess. We had to use ALL of our towels to mop up the mess. We felt like we had to leave early but no one bothered to give us a partial refund for any of the chaos that we cleaned up ourselves because no one came after trying to contact the management. If we knew we were going to have to work this much on our short vacation we would have stayed home! Very disappointing. Also there should be a snow shovel on site so we can shovel out our parking spots.. we had to use a patio chair!
