- Second Bedroom: Perfect for families or groups, this room offers two queen beds, two additional cots, and even a hammock tucked away in the closet for a unique sleeping option. The connected bathroom includes a spa jet tub with a shower, a double sink, and a toilet, with convenient access to the living room area.

Throughout the property, high-speed internet is available, so you can stay connected, whether you're working remotely or sharing your mountain getaway with friends and family online. Additionally, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

During the hurricane Helene the tiny creek on the back of the property turned into a mighty river that wash away a part of the shore and undermined some deck supports. The deck has been temporarily supported while the comprehensive retaining wall solution is being developed and will be constructed in the nearest future.
