Newly renovated beautiful third floor two bed two bath condo in building 3. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a large TV, electric fireplace and pull out sofa. The kitchen is nicely equipped with many accessories and seating for 4 in the dining area. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and electric fireplace. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a TV . The condo is considered ski in/ski out and is a short walk to Sugar Slalom and Oma's Meadow in winter, and mountain biking in summer. Tennis court on site, also outfitted for pickleball. The new clubhouse is complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and fitness room. The property also has gazebos and outdoor grilling areas. This unit DOES NOT offer a washer and dryer, we do however have coin laundry on site near building 6.
The condo features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
