Nice hotel, clean rooms and nice breakfast. Main problem was that the restaurant is closed in the evening so we had to drive somewhere for food, our preference was to stay onsite, traveling for business this would be preferred

When booking the rooms, the hotel infmation on Hotels.com said Restaurant availeble and cleaning every day… We got an email on the day of check in, where the hotel writes “restaurant closed, no breakfast”! So we stayed in the middle of nowhere with no chance of food! The room was cleaned once from Tuesday to Monday. The view was very nice over the golf course! The room was very basic! 2 beds and a small chloset - thats it…

Vi besökte Sand i slutet av november 2023 då vi hade svårt att hitta ett rum för en familj (2 vuxna och två barn) i Jönköping. Vi hade kontakt med Sand innan vi checkade in. Jättetrevlig tjej både på telefon och vid incheckning. Efter incheckningen så såg vi inte röken av någon personal alls. Inte ens vid utcheckningen. Vid incheckning fick vi veta att restaurangen. Detta trots att det fanns information, både på Hotels.com och på den hemsida Sand hänvisar till, att restaurangen är öppen och att frukost också serveras. Det står även att det skall finnas en bar, men som sagt allt var stängt. Gym och bastu går ej att få tillgång till. Vi blev placerade i ”Torpet” med delat badrum/toalett. Utanför rummet i ett gemensamt utrymme fanns en stor kyl som delas med övriga gäster. Rummet var rymligt med 4 enkelsängar - vi är en familj (4 personer). Sängarna är sköna och allt är superfräscht och välstädat. Internet ingår och uppkopplingen är riktigt bra. TVn på rummet fungerade tyvärr inte. Det var kö till badrummet på morgonen. Det finns bara en dusch med toalett på övervåningen och en toalett utan dusch på undervåningen. I Torpet saknas möjligheter att göra en kopp te eller kaffe och det finns heller ingen micro. Torpet på Sand är rent och fräscht. Skulle säga att det är mer hostel än hotell. Om vi vetat att restaurangen var stängd när vi bokade rummet och det funnits en vattenkokare på rummet så hade betyget blivit mycket högre.
