House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

No Unauthorised Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events or unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate eviction and may incur additional charges or legal action.
If you would like to host a wedding, celebration or photoshoot, this must be approved in writing before your stay. Approved events are subject to a site fee, bond and vendor insurance.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
To preserve the serenity of the property and surrounding farmland, please keep noise to a minimum between these hours both indoors and outdoors.
This includes amplified music, loud voices and poolside gatherings. Continued disturbances may result in fines or early termination of your stay.

Pets By Prior Approval Only
Pets are permitted only with prior written approval. Requests will be considered based on breed, size and level of training.
A pet bond will be required before check-in. Unauthorised pets will attract penalties and may lead to cancellation of the booking without refund.

Entry Condition Report and Photos
A full entry condition report with detailed photographs is completed before your arrival to protect both guests and owners.
Please review the property on arrival and report any discrepancies or maintenance concerns within two hours of check-in through your guest contact.
