Degraded area around the hotel, rooms small.

I saw just the pictures of the hotel and appeared good hotel, but in reality the hotel is situated in a degraded area, the room are small and the quality overall is poor. Never again.

Comfortable enough

I feel very comfort and enjoy. The staff is very polite and full of smile. All their services is great. The room and the building generally is clean. I thought that this hotel is quite new, so the furniture and building condition is look fresh and classy.

VERY DISSATISFIED

Ketika check in, saya diinfokan bahwa kamar yang saya pesan sedang dalam perbaikan dan customer service ingin mengalihkan saya kehotel lain yang ratenya dibawah hotel Raffleshom. Akan tetapi saya bilang saya tidak mau tahu karena kalau memang seperti itu mengapa masih ada kamar di Hotels.com dan tidak ada info sebelum saya check in. Setelah saya ngotot tidak mau pindah hotel, lalu cust service mencari2 kamar dan ternyata ada kamar untuk saya. Setelah saya naik ingin kekamar, disepanjang kamar saya masih banyak kamar kosong sedang dibereskan. Lokasi sekitar hotel sangat tidak nyaman karena banyak perumahan dan akses masuk hotel harus melalui gang kecil.
