My third stay for the excellent gym and sundeck. The mall is great but note that there's not much outside of the hotel. But the street food at the back of the mall offers the best value authentic dishes.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked 2 rooms, was given 2 connecting rooms on the non-smoking floor. Noticed more business executives than families/tourists in the hotel though.

We went to the hotel at 11pm and to our surprise, the rooms are not ready. We have ask for 2 single beds room and only 1 single bed room is ready. This is not quite acceptable given it's way pass the hotel check in time of 2pm. We are all tired out and that had to be at the lobby for quite a while for rooms to be ready.

Harris Hotel review

It was a cosy and comfortable stay. The amenities are proper and clean. Location is a bit far from the factory outlets though. Air conditioner was very cold but the technician was prompt in fixing the problem. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Overall, we enjoy the stay.

The members of the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. I would like to commend Heri, our driver, for being a patient guide throughout our stay. He recommended us to many attractions as well as dinning restaurants which made our holiday in Bandung an unforgettable one. We were glad to have chosen Harris hotel.
