Pros: Right by the ocean, incredible view from our room, close to Old Town Bandon and the viewpoints and sights! We appreciate and are glad we stayed at the property for these reasons :) Now for the cons: Room was in *very* poor condition, stained carpet, beds were sinking in, dusty surfaces, no AC which is ok but only one tiny and very dusty fan to help with cooling and air flow, room doesn’t have a mini refrigerator or microwave. I understand paying $160 for the incredible view and location, and to me for the cost the room it should also be decent and in better condition. Staying here next time we’re in Bandon will be a last resort.

The property was conveniently located near Bandon by the Sea with lots of restaurants and shopping. Our room had an ocean view which would’ve been beautiful if not for the fog. The room itself was very dated and rustic is an understatement. Honestly the room was not great. We were only there for one night passing through so we made due. I’m pretty sure everything in the room was from 1974, right down to the green toilet. I will say the beds were comfortable but very small for 2 people to share. The room had a very musty odor and the floor felt damp. We could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms, doors opening and closing, dogs barking, people talking, the folks above us walking around at 6am. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that. I’ve read better reviews that there are other rooms on the property that are clean and updated, unfortunately for us, we did not have an updated room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially when we were checking in several hours early. They gave us no problem and were very kind.

Amazing property. Make sure to stay in the Vern Brown edition right on the beach. Views of Face Rock are amazing. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and that would be my only downside

A place with all style but no heart

This hotel is lovely in a great location. It's just the staff are so unfriendly it made the whole experience unpleasant. I've never felt so unwelcome at any hotel.

Our room was spacious with an electric fireplace, couch and dining table. It is generous to say “Partial Ocean View” but you could see it between the buildings across the street. We thought there was a bar/restaurant on sight but it is unaffiliated with the hotel and wasn’t open when we were there. There are plenty of restaurants and fun shops down the road a couple miles away in Bandon. Direct access to the beach below was not available due to a tree in the steps down to the beach. Looks to be very dog friendly.
