During summer, the partially enclosed, grassy backyard and deck is a great place for a family BBQ or outdoor games.

Near beach & shopping

I had picked this place since it was just down the road from my cousin. From the house, it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house does smell musty, but I think that is typical for an older beach house. Just bring a scented candle, or a spray, to help with the smell.

We loved the location. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything including games and snacks. The only one thing we noticed when we entered was the musty smell. The smell in the biggest bedroom was pretty strong. Other then that we loved it.

This vacation rental was found as listed. The pictures were a perfect match. The property, inside and out, exceeded our expectations. In fact, the amenities also exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to prepare your meals, except food of course. There was popcorn, coffee, instant oatmeal and a few othet food staples. The medicine cabinets provided some first aid kit essentials, etc. There were family games in different locations as well as plenty of movies (children and higher rated) to choose from.

This home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the house in general was very equipped to meet all our needs. I loved the close beach access. We would love to stay here again!
