We present to you one of the most luxurious villas available for seasonal rental in Bandol. This villa, located in one of the best areas of Bandol, offers breathtaking panoramic sea views. South-facing, quiet, and featuring an infinity pool, this villa is perfect for your vacation. Built on two levels, this villa's layout is as follows. On the first level, there is a large double living room with a dining area, kitchen island, separate pantry, and access to a south-facing terrace with a summer lounge. This double living/dining room is air-conditioned. On the second level, below, you will occupy three master suites, each with a beautiful dressing room, its own bathroom, and toilet. Each suite has access to a sea-view terrace. This space features natural cooling thanks to its materials, making air conditioning unnecessary in the summer. Outside, the garden is maintenance-free thanks to its synthetic grass and Mediterranean species. The swimming pool is surrounded by a relaxation area. You can easily park two vehicles on the fully fenced plot. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except for last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and already included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose optional sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It is not cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked to provide proof of holiday insurance or liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
